About this strain: Gelato

Gelato is a cross between Sunset Sherbet and Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies, named in homage to its sweet aroma. Also known as Larry Bird, Gelato (#33) was first cultivated in Northern California's Bay Area and is derived from a deep bank of genetics created by the Cookie Family, the Sherbinskis family, and cultivator Mario Guzman.


The cultivators parted ways following its creation, and the cultivator who possesses the most “stable version” of Gelato genetics is up for debate. Cookies cultivates a few phenotypes and descendants of the strain named Gelato #42, Dolce Gelato, and a sun-grown Gelato. Sherbinskis grows four stabilized Gelato phenotypes in its rotation as well: Gelato #41 (Bacio Gelato), Gelato #43 (Gello Gelato), Gelato #47 (Mochi Gelato), and Gelato #49 (Acai Berry Gelato). Per Sherbinskis, the #33 phenotype is no longer in cultivation.

I love the effects of this product. It tastes good, smells good, is easy to handle and smokes good. It gets you high quicker and it calm and a smooth high, my only problems are that it came with less than 7 grams, and i thought it would be BIG BUDS instead of small buds because the product description was not big enough, the bag is also much smaller than in the picture. Im not mad though, because the high is very good, and weed is weed. I would recommend if the price was lower by and it came in big buds. Overall a good product generally though.

So originally I ordered the pink acai but they didn't have it anymore, so I swapped it for the Gelato, but I kinda regret choosing this one because it smells like its old, definitely does the job 10/10. But I'm positive its old(not to old). The smell is big for me, and this Gelato was not good in smell..
