Our order minimum is $40 and there is no delivery fee. High Tide will only deliver to a verified residential/work address or a verified hotel/AirBnb accommodation. Verifying the delivery address is an important part of our process to ensure safety and compliance. Customers can verify the address by text messaging us a photo/screenshot of their drivers license or hotel/Airbnb reservation. Please make sure the photo you send us has both your name and address clearly visible. If your ID does not have your delivery address on it, you can also text us a copy of a utility bill, proof of employment or any other mail that would have your name and delivery address on it. High Tide accepts cash along with debit cards. Please present your ID to your delivery driver and we kindly request that you wear a face covering to prevent the spread of germs during the Covid pandemic. The Armed Forces Day Parade in Torrance, which was first produced in 1960, is the longest-running military parade sponsored by a city. It is held annually on Armed Forces Day, and runs down Torrance Boulevard. The parade features military vehicles, school bands, and prominent community members. The Torrance Cultural Arts Center hosts cultural events year-round. In partnership with the City of Torrance, the Torrance Cultural Arts Foundation (TOCA) provides diverse cultural, educational and entertainment experiences. In 2011, Torrance won the Tournament Volunteers' Trophy for best floral design of parade theme under 35 feet in length. In 2012, the city's entry won the Governor's Trophy for best depiction of life in California. In 2015, an entry honoring Rose Parade Grand Marshal Louis Zamperini won the Theme trophy for excellence in presenting parade theme.
