Herb delivers! Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff, from the guy who calls to confirm your order to the drivers. Fast and on-time. Depending where you live, the minimum donation required for free delivery is extremely reasonable. (See their website for a map.)

I was in downtown LA on vacation. I prefer walk in pickups but no one had my go to carts. I'll use Herb again next time, likely in a few years when back in the area on vacation. They delivered to my hotel. For me, knowing my way around was confusing so I asked to meet at the front on the hotel. Kayleigh was on time, a pleasure to talk to, and overall provided a great experience.
