The product itself worked great for the half I was able to smoke. I didn’t have issues with it except for the ceramic pieces. The ceramic cartridge itself broke at the bottom when simply twisting on a 510 V battery the other cracked in a backpack, simply on a normal days adventure Nothing crazy no fights just a walk to the mall and back home and somehow cracked open .
