I ordered two pens from this place both arrived. I opened the first pen I used it. I ordered the pen on Sunday. I opened the second pen on Tuesday and it was not working at all. I reached out immediately. I tried calling at least 15 times then I tried to text the number of the driver And the driver told me to keep calling now today Iāve tried to text the line of the call number and they told me they will not replace my pen and theyāre happy that Iām out of a pen and I donāt have medicine. Iāve been dealing with my mom in a at a hospital and itās essential that I have my medicine because I have eye pain and fibromyalgia - I will be reporting you to the CCC
