You guys really need to understand the importance of your customer reviews. I didn’t get a chance to try you out, but I also didn’t even take the chance to even look at your menu because of your poor review. I just moved into OB and am looking for a new dispensary, and customer reviews are the first place I look. It really seems like you need to take care of your customers.

I thought I’d try this place cuz they could deliver to me and had the cartridges I was looking for. I decided to go out on a limb and try a new brand of cartridge in addition to my normal ones. I ordered online and sent my info in. I got a call like 15-20min later that they couldn’t access my info due to technical difficulties. I was asked to resubmit, I did and got another call back 30+ min later asking me to submit again. I did and finally got setup for my possibly hour long wait. I finally get my product and the new brand of cart doesn’t work. I call in and they told me to bring it in tomorrow and that they will exchange it. I get there, wait in line, then was directed to the “manager” who appeared to be stoned. He looked at my cart, stepped in the back for a second, then tells me the cart is burned out and they won’t exchange it. Now I’m stuck with a cartridge that has never worked and that I can’t smoke. Never coming back.
