100% my fault for not thoroughly reading their store description that same-day delivery is only available if you place your order before 12pm. But also ?? Like pretty inconvenient regardless if I read that or not why even deliver so far away and have such a weird policy. If you’re in scv then hope you’re an early riser, or have time on your hand to wait around for an errand that takes 30 minutes tops otherwise. 2 stars only cuz the prices are nice… Had to cancel my order since I won’t be around tomorrow and now i’m weedless for the day, and wasted my first time patient deal. Annoying

Zero customer service

Made an order at 1:52 waited until 555 to give them a call to wonder where the order was and one of the reps told me that I missed the cut off so they let me sit for five hours and I had to call them and then when I told them that I needed to speak to a manager they told me I needed to call them back to get to a pre-recorded line terrible customer service terrible first time patient experience and won’t ever use them again i’d give zero stars if that was an option

Ordered a bunch of rosin and edibles only to get some low grade flower. They refunded me but they wasted my time. Don’t put same day delivery on your menu even if you have to order before 12. They probably won’t get to you till 6pm either way

If you don’t make an order by 1PM then they can’t deliver u til the next time. This garbage shop is located in the sticks. Zero communication, a total waste of time. Literally go anywhere but here. I don’t even know why weedmaps would have these in the SCV location. Absolute trash.

I have attempted to order from them twice. The 1st time l learned after they didn't show that I had placed my order too late, even though the website allowed me to pick the same day. So pay attention to that. The 2nd time, they were a no show after receiving an email confirmation of my order showing the delivery date.

Phoned them after a few hours and was told I would get the order a few hours later, they have Santa Clarita in their name so I figured they would be fast but you can see in their replies that they are in California City.
