Anyone 21 visiting DC and DC residents may now self-certify that they have a qualifying medical condition and can immediately shop at licensed Washington DC dispensaries using the temporary patient registration approval sent to applicants upon submission the online patient application and payment. Patients will receive a payment link upon completion of application. Applications and details are available on ABCA’s website. Additionally patients can register on site at Green Theory. No Medical Card Required!
We also accept Out Of State Medical Cannabis Cardholders From All *Active* State's Medical Marijuana programs including Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina - Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and West Virginia.
