I am beyond disappointed with this place. I was incredibly excited to see that they carried a certain gummy that I haven't been able to find locally, but it turned out to be a very frustrating experience. I live only 15–20 minutes away, yet after waiting 2 hours, my order hadn't arrived. I called to check in and was told it was "on the way." Another hour passed, and when I tried calling back, they completely ignored my phone calls. I had to call from a completely different number just to get them to pick up—which they did on the first ring. Even then, they just gave me the same vague "it's on the way" excuse with no ETA. After three and a half hours of waiting, I finally canceled the order because it was almost 9 PM. Incredibly unprofessional behavior and terrible communication. I won't be trying them again.

Weed was good! Delivery was RIDICULOUS! I was informed over the phone the driver was already on their way to my destination and had another order a ways away from me before they come at around 6pm. When it reached 7:30 pm , I called again because I knew their store closed by 9Pm, so I thought to my self that there’s no way this delivery would take PAST 9pm! The driver calls me at 8:30pm and tells me they’re on their way to me now and said they’ll arrive at 9:30PM! They arrived at 9:37pm and I was so irritated by that because it was a Tuesday and I don’t understand why they don’t deliver the following morning if they’re aware the delivery will take that long. I get I placed my order at 4pm, but the guy on the phone shouldn’t have told me they were going to leave the store at 5pm to deliver to me, (and I knew their location was 1hour 10 minutes away from me), and then it ends up arriving close to 10Pm instead… just felt sus
