Wow! From the moment I ordered, John reached out telling me he received my order, gave me a rough time estimate of a little over an hour, and was very responsive in text. He messaged me with exact time of arrival & was on-time! The bonus was John was a nice guy, and asked me “How’s your day going today?” , “How long you been living in Upland?” … simple conversation & customer service go a long way with me!
