All storefront members and patients may be admitted upon entry until 8:50 PM

Two easy ways to be verified as a medical patient!

1.) Email us! Snap a photo of your California doctor's recommendation and a photo of your government-issued ID

2.) Call us! Have your California doctor's recommendation and government-issued ID handy, we will take your information over the phone and verify you.

*Please note to have your ID card and California doctor's recommendation at hand for a first-time pick-up order that is finalized over the phone

For any first time deliveries, our driver will take a picture of your doctor's recommendation note to keep on file for future purchases. Please have both available.

All deliveries require a $50 minimum and two-hour delivery window availability

Free delivery is provided within a 20-mile radius of the storefront- delivery fees apply exceeding 20 miles

NO PRODUCT RETURNS - Please confirm all requested items and total before finalizing the transaction. Defective electronics or cartridge-based items are eligible for exchange in accordance with budtender testing, provided on-site. Must provide a receipt of purchase and packaging within 30 DAYS for all exchanges.

Due to the concern of health for others, our building can not allow pets of any kind with no exceptions.
