I'm a patient with chronic pain. This formula is the perfect ratio for night use. Nerve pain gone. Muscle pain gone. Arthritis pain gone. I take this about 2-3 hours before bed, otherwise my body is too heavy and my eyes will shut! I've been using a Sativa tincture and additional CBD for daytime. I will probably always need Papa at nights to get the full therapeutic effect for my treatment.

The pain meds to manage Posterior/Anterior Lumbar fusion surgery pain triggered major insomnia to the point I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown from sleep deprivation. About 10 days after my surgery I started taking this 1:3 and not only did it help ween me off my pain meds, it relaxed me and I was finally able to sleep!
