the 3:1 patch is seriously the greatest way to deal with a period. Pop on of those bad boys on your cramps and in 20 minutes you feel SO. MUCH. BETTER. They are pretty great for any general muscle soreness; but as a female they are a game changer. (they make this patch in 3:1, 1:1, and full CBD. I recommend the 3:1)

I have been very active for most of my life. I've also jammed my shoulder into my elbow, dislocated my hip, sprained my ankle and knee, broken bones and other issues. I started having pain to the point my leg would go numb and I was having issues walking. I bought a few of these patches to try them out. They worked the first time and every time. The pain would be about 85% gone and enough for me to be able to manage the pain during the day and be able to skip using it for a day in-between. Amazing product!
