"I’m moving on to a different dispensary. Their delivery window according to the website is standard, but my experience was anything but. Paying a $5 fee to give my card info over the phone was the first red flag; the 11:30 PM delivery time was the second. To be forced to wait nearly three hours with no one answering the phones is unacceptable. It appears that once payment is collected upfront, there is zero incentive to provide timely service. The whole thing feels like you're doing a drug deal out in front of your house at 11:30 at night. There are plenty of other dispensaries where I can have a normal, professional transaction

Unclear listings, there was no indication that I was buying a reusable battery and a pod. I thought I was looking at only pods. Not only that but it’s defective even with proper handling, storage, use, etc. just quit not even 1/4 into it. If discretion was necessary, not the case for me, but if it was this ordeal was obnoxious enough for the whole street to know what’s up. Just not a good experience. Really disappointed and almost embarrassed to recount the details of all of it. Disorganized, unprofessional, and faulty products
