Placed my order at 9:05pm. At 10:51pm the driver messaged me his eta is 50’more minutes away. Then doesn’t reply. I message him again at 11:27 he says he’s 9 min away. I told him anything past 9 minutes to cancel my order. I hear nothing. At 11:48pm I asked where he’s at and he said he cancelled my order!!! I waited 3 damn hours until midnight for NOTHING. And they stoped responding. Shame on your for running your business like this. If you knew the eta was more than the 60-120’min suggested then you should’ve communicated and cancelled my order before 11 not at midnight where I had no Choice to order from anywhere Else. Unprofessional and sloppy and a waste of time.
