Fantastic experience! My package arrived earlier than expected!! and exactly within the delivery window. The driver was incredibly polite i recommend and will definitely use their services again!

Ordered 2 carts upon arrival driver gives me two complete different carts due to shortage yet, no courtesy call to let me know. Expects me to just take the ones he has and I ask for a way be accommodated instead try’s to upsell me to a different cart. Driver gets upset because he said I was beimg difficult for not taking the ones he had. Then proceeded to get even more upset because I refused to shake his hand and talks about me pushing him. Clearly I am unhappy with the order so why am I going to shake your hand. All I wanted was what I ordered. Never ordering from here again, lack of professionalism.

Order never showed up. Ordered at 8 and it got marked delivered after midnight lmao. Terrible customer service too, I called 3 times around 10 and finally got a text back asking “Hi. how can I help you” and that was legitimately the last I heard. Texted them about 5 more times no response. Terrible experience I’m never ordering from an AI profile picture again. Please save your money and order with someone else

The drivers are very friendly, been ordering from the for a cool minute, flowers selection is great as well

They have such a wide variety of flavors, you can’t go wrong with them. Very polite and professional. Definitely try their store brand.

Put in an order at 2pm. It’s 6:11pm now and I have called multiple times and no answer.
