I placed an order earlier tonight at approximately 730pm. The store, Front Door Bloomington, stated they accept orders until 1159pm. The order was confirmed around 800pm, but it remained in the "packing your order" status until midnight, in which I reviewed an email stating the order has been delivered, which it was not. I tried calling the store multiple times throughout the 4+ hour wait to check on the status, but was greeted by voicemail each time Very unprofessional. Will not be buying from this store again.
