Long but thorough review (NOT WORTH IT)

Customer service: Inconsistent. All over the place with scheduling. I also had random white teen pass me my purchase once. It wasn't cute. It wasn't cool. Very uncomfortable [I'm Black American] given the lasting horror of the “War on Drugs” and the racialized history of cannabis in CA and beyond. I also don't want a kid handing me weed. I should've stopped purchasing then. Refunds: Made a purchasing mistake and called immediately after. Owner—also driver—was understandably annoyed, but also doesn't know how to process a refund??? Being the transaction point person and business owner but not knowing how to process a refund is insane. Also didn't just bust a u-turn although they were right down the street [if that]. Clearly overwhelmed with orders but its only him driving. Quality: Your paying purely for “convenience,” but its Russian roulette with quality. Discounts: The fees are truly discount myth busters. I get an Oz of Oaklandish from the Mission dispensary 105 out the door after taxes and tip. 128 from this merchant and def not as fresh.

I got a gram of the diamonds and bubble hash, the correct cannabis sundae driver, and sherbalato. Lemme tell you the sherbalato and diamonds were pressure on the higher end and the quarter of sundae driver and bubble hash were hella strong and had good taste for their price. My new go to spot 🔥

This has to be the only dispensary that my total is consistently CHEAPER than the website will tell me. It’s usually only a few bucks but it’s a nice surprise and I usually just kick it back on to the drivers. This is how all delivery services should be. Also the product is amazing especially for the price you’re getting. If you’re looking for good solid deals on obviously legitimately sourced product then FLYT is it . Thanks guys!
