Consistently lies about delivery times and misses items in orders. Lists that they are out of North Hollywood but they’re really out of Costa Mesa. Delivery estimates are kept listed at 30-60 minutes yet 4 out of 4 of my orders have come in 3+ hours later. They don’t keep you updated even though they say they will and when you call, they say they’ll text and never text. My last order was placed at 4:30 PM and wasn’t completed until midnight 12AM. And they also forgot an item which they are refusing to bring or refund and now gone unresponsive. Not the first time they’ve “forgotten“ something. They’re just out here stealing time and money. Also let’s stop to notice all their reviews except mine are fake and aren’t verified purchases all on the same date. Shady shady shady.
