After placing an order and using Zelle to pay, I was text constantly after saying the payment did not go through, when I had proof that it did through my bank. -$70 shows on my statement and when I double and triple checked. They still are saying this wasn't paid. I am done and you shouldn't order through this company if you don't want this drama.

The melted diamonds pen I received doesn’t work. I just opened it attempted to use it and it doesn’t work at all. I’ve tried charging it and it does light up unless I am unplugging the charger it will flash white. I left it on a charger and when I attempted again it still doesn’t work.
