Took 3 hours for them to “pack” it without any communication from them. Then finally I get a call and they tell me they can’t deliver to my location. Awful service do not use this.

Never answered the phone, you have no way to track your order at all, it will tell you that they are packing it for about 2 hours, I've been waiting on my order for over 3 hours now, I can't even cancel my order if I wanted too. I could have just walked to the store an back before I even received my order or anyone picking up the phone
