I have difficulty sleeping and these are just what I’ve always wanted. They are strong - so be warned. I only need a quarter of a pill under my tongue and fall fast asleep. Sometimes I will take half a pill but I do wake up a little groggy when o do that. Taking a quarter is perfect for me and I don’t wake up groggy, don’t have a hard time waking up and feel very refreshed. These contain no THC which is what I was looking for because I’m very sensitive to THC. Thank you for making these!

Great tasting tablingual that gives you a mild floating feeling before drifting off to sleep. On the plus side, no grogginess in the morning.

Don’t over take them but they super help you sleep and wake up without any headache these are the best pills to go to sleep. I put it under the tongue sit in the bed relaxed as it dissolves and fall asleep like a baby thank you so much for making these.

Bought these for my sister who has trouble sleeping. She doesn't take THC or CBD regularly but she's never had issues with them before when she's tried them. This product has neither of those, only CBN which I'm not too familiar with. She experienced the worst night of her life after taking this, full of intense headaches and night terrors, which are not normal for her at all, at least to the degree she felt. More research needs to be done before new isolated compounds like this are marketed as sleep aids. Glad it seemed to help others though, and the packaging is super cute.

This did the opposite of what it’s supposed to. Tossed and turned all night long. Feel awful this morning like I’m sick. My mom tried them and she said the same thing. Not sure if I got a bad batch or they just don’t work for our body chemistry.
