Product Quality & Handling
All products are sourced directly from licensed manufacturers and distributors. Items arrive sealed and are never opened or altered by our team due to state compliance regulations.
Issue Reporting Window
Any product concerns must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery. This includes defects, damaged hardware, or missing items. Photo or video proof is required so we can properly review and assist.
Exchanges & Replacements
Replacements may be offered for verified defective items reported within the support window. Products that have been used, tampered with, or reported after the timeframe are not eligible.
ID & Compliance
