don't bother collecting the rewards pieces or trying to turn them in for the rewards: they won't honor it. they won't even respond to emails, texts, mail, or submitted tickets. just pretend they don't exist. the product itself is pretty good; strawberry haze. just a shame it has to be made by such a trash company.
