BOUKET | Zodashi | 1G Preroll

Bouket Zodashi 1G Preroll: Hybrid Joint at Cannadreams, Hell's Kitchen If you have noticed a lot of strain names starting with a Z lately, you are not imagining it. Zodashi belongs to that newer wave, and Bouket rolls it into a single 1 gram joint. Cannadreams carries the Bouket Zodashi 1G Preroll at our licensed dispensary, 862 9th Ave on the corner of West 56th Street in Hell's Kitchen. What is known about Zodashi The Zodashi name is usually credited to Umami Seed Co, a breeder, and some growers sell a cut under the same name. Here is the honest part: published parentage for Zodashi is not consistent. Different sources list different parent strains, and Bouket has not published which cut it grows. So we list the lineage as not widely published and do not pick one version to print. What we can say for sure is that Zodashi is listed as a hybrid on our menu. Why newer strains are harder to pin down Older strains like OG Kush or Sour Diesel have decades of write-ups behind them. Newer names often move from breeder to grower to brand faster than any database can keep up, and the same name can end up on slightly different plants. That is not a red flag; it is just how the market works right now. It does mean the jar or joint in front of you is a better guide than anything you read online. Bouket's background Bouket, printed with an accent on the package, is a New York cannabis brand that describes itself as minority-owned. The name references 1920s Harlem, where "bouquet" was jazz-club slang for cannabis. The brand's message is "Give yourself your flowers." Its shelf is mostly jarred flower, plus single prerolls and five-packs of minis, and it mixes familiar classics with newer names like this one. The single, in detail You get one 1 gram preroll in a sealed package. The New York label shows the strain, weight, batch and testing information. A gram is a full-size joint, so expect it to cover more than one short session if you are on your own. Why a joint is a good way to try something new When a strain is new to you and the lineage is unclear, buying a lot of it is a gamble. A single joint keeps the stakes small. Smoke it, decide what you think of the aroma and flavor, and you have a real answer instead of a guess from a strain page. If you like it, come back for more. If not, you have not filled a drawer with something you will not finish. Where you can smoke it New York law generally lets adults smoke cannabis in places where tobacco smoking is allowed, with exceptions. Smoking is not allowed in cars, and your lease, your building and any venue can set their own rules. If you live in a building with shared hallways and thin walls, your neighbors will notice, so consider that too. When in doubt, wait. Keeping it fresh A preroll does best in its original sealed tube, in a dark place at room temperature. Avoid the radiator, the windowsill and the top of the fridge, where heat collects. Avoid the fridge itself and any cold storage, since condensation is a problem when it warms up. If you light it and put it out, let it cool before sealing it back up, and try to finish it within a few days. Visit or order ahead Walk in any time we are open. We are near Columbus Circle, the Theater District and Central Park South, a few minutes from Times Square. You can also order online for in-store pickup and collect it at the counter. Why licensed Bodegas and unlicensed shops are not part of New York's legal market, and their products have not been through the state system. Everything at Cannadreams, including this Bouket joint, comes through the regulated market with state-required lab testing and labeling.
