Hi Brianna, I apologize for the experience you had with our delivery. Unfortunately Weedmaps integration with our POS system can be kind of spotty, and on busy days some orders fall through with the communication, and we apologize for that. Unfortunately my drivers are only allowed to take a certain amount of cash on the road due to safety, you were his first order of the day and needed about $80 in change, which would've left him unable to give out change at his next orders. At this time, most card issuers do not support the cannabis industry, which makes us unable to take card. I apologize for the lack of communication on our end, and how my dispatcher handled the situation, and I would like to make this right.
