This is a powerful little gummy, potency should say HIGH. I was not expecting the result I got and I only took half. The price is right so that’s cool. The high lasted a couple of hours. I did experience some anxiety but I was able to recover as the high wasn’t to intense with 1/2 gummy. Tonight I’ll be just taking 1/4 lol
