Changed my opinion completely

When I first ordered i was very disappointed and left a negative review. Shortly after the manager called me personally, explained the situation to me and apologized, even going as far as offering me a personal discount on the next order. When I ordered again, the employees already knew my situation and went above and beyond to deliver to me in a fast and positive manner. Went from never wanting to order again to being a guaranteed return customer. Great staff that actually cares for its customers.
