The tried to call me right after delivery to say he got it wrong and I owe more. 82 order I gave 100 and asked for 10 back. Then the delivery driver called me within 5 mins and said it was actually 93 dollars. At first I was going to go back out to meet him but then I decided that wasn't OK after the fact. So I called the company and the other guy asked me to send screen shots because their my be a problem with there system. He said he would call right back but its been half an hour. So be careful and take screenshots or dont use the company.

Wish I could leave zero stars

I placed an order and chose an app offered delivery window. They gave me an hour after placing my order to send a photo of myself with my drivers license (which was a bit weird to me since they have my license and it gets scanned in person at delivery), then they informed me that the delivery window I chose was not in their Gilroy delivery hours which apparently are 11am-1pm and 7-10pm. I agreed to make the late delivery work. After not hearing from them all day at like 9pm they got back to me saying they were understaffed and could not make my delivery (I placed the order at 10am!). Unfortunately none of their delivery times work for me any other day and they would not deliver outside these hours so I tried to cancel my order. I couldn’t cancel online, their listed phone number doesn’t work, and they have not gotten back to me in the chat. The whole experience was frustrating and I had to order from somewhere else. I won’t be trying to order from them again.

Worst customer service

Horrible as hell avoid this place , I placed an order called in to their main office because their number doesn’t work. Then they couldn’t find my order, later someone calls me and says to take my order off of here because something happened to place my order online on their website place the order and never got a response. Been on the phone for 20 min on hold nobody answers their phone. It’s been 5 hours since I placed my order….

Very bad company

I tried ordering twice from this specific place, they always run out of the product you want and try to give you different options that aren’t even on their menu which is odd, the customer service is terrible, I tried ordering to hollister and there name literally saids gilroy/hollister in there title, they apparently can’t deliver to hollister because it’s out of their zone or whatever, maybe you guys shouldn’t have that in the name of your brand first of all, and they also didn’t tell me till after the order was packed that they couldn’t deliver it, they wasted so many hours of my time just for them not to deliver my order and cancel it, no compensation for wasting my time or anything, big waste of time and money if you’re planning on buying from these bozos. Terrible service, terrible brand.

Cancelled order

I placed an order today and didn’t hear back. Checked for my order online and found they had cancelled it. No notification just canceled. So I called them and was told they only deliver to Gilroy from 7:00 pm to 10:00. I told them the website only offers delivery times up until 5:00 pm. They said to try their website instead of Weedmaps. I did that but there is no where to enter medical card number. Ordering from here is problematic.

Absolutely no communication

I made an order at 10:30 AM on the order It said it would be here between 11 and one there was no confirmation email text ever sent so I called in at 12:30 three times and no one called me back. I called again left a message. They reached out at 3:30 to confirm the order. What horrible customer service this place is a joke save your time go somewhere else.
