Ordered through them 5 hours ago and it never came. It’s just listed as complete now for no reason. I tried calling them but their line is disconnected

Placed an order and waited 3.5 hours. Received notifications that the order was being packed then one that it was delayed. After hours of waiting, the order was randomly cancelled with a note that the ETA was too long. I tried to call the number provided and it’s a non working number. Never again.
