I think my driver was pretty loaded, idk

To start, I ordered my products around 7pm. Mind you, they close at 9pm. No one ever showed up. I never received a phone call, text, or email. I tried calling the number on Weedmaps, to no avail. The next morning, while at work, i received an email from Weedmaps stating my order was delivered to my house. How Sway? Lol. I then proceeded to call the number listed again and was told that my order was received, but they didn't know why it didn't go out the night before. After apologies and understandings, I was told my order would be delivered by 2:30pm that same day. After getting home around 1:30pm, i received a text message stating the order would take a little longer and should be to me by 3:30pm. By this time, I'm patiently waiting but the edge is kicking in. At 3:30pm, after no one has arrived or even tried to communicate with me, I message them again, only to find out that their driver was having problems, and that the driver would call or text me and tell me when they'd arrive.

Long Wait Time

I had to wait 4 hours for my order which was almost midnight. I based my order off of 30-60 minutes wait time on their page. Their product was good and the driver was nice but it still took longer than other companies.
