I wish I caught the delivery drivers name, I failed bad! But, he was so patient waiting for me to set up a Chime account because my debit card chip is bad and Zelle doesn’t support my bank. I truly appreciate his patience and understanding! It didn’t take long, but he has places to be too and his time is important. Too many times people see negative comments, so please see this positive feedback! Oh and Starr was quick with the Zelle and Chime info he asked for. Thank you again!

Delivery driver didn’t get out of his car. He texted me and waited outside until I opened the door then indicated for me to come to him. So transaction wasn’t discreet and just an odd experience. Unfortunate, as I was excited to shop with someone super local to me.

Where do I begin! To make a nice long story short, I placed and order knowing it would take 1-2 hr delivery! However upon checking the time, it was passed the 2 hr marker and was coming up to the 3 hr marker! So I texted dispensary inquiring my delivery! A couple of minutes later, received a call from the manager apologizing for the inconvenience! So the manager asked me if iam going to be home later and just surprised me with a gift! I wish I knew her name.. 😪 I will always do business with them again! I wasn't even mad but the fact that they showed excellent customer service, we need more people like these here who are willing to own up to mistakes and correct them to keep great customers like myself!
