Made an order of one (1) item at 10pm, driver straight up lied about eta 3 times, didn’t show til 3am. Just order from anywhere else. Listed as Fullerton, says the order came from Irvine. Went through a 5 hour gauntlet just to see what would come of it. At least I got my order in the end

Keep calling them for my ETA or my order but refuse to answer my phone calls and after 11th times, they decide to hanging out my calls. Don’t order from this place. Messed up my delivery and person refused to do anything to help out. They entered wrong address and then added an additional 45 min wait. I am disabled and hard to walk out of my apartment so when I had to go walk out the first time only to be told they aren’t there is disappointing. I asked if they can deliver to my door due to my disability and just said no. They are rude and don’t care about their customers. There are much better delivery services out there. It’s sad they treat their customers with disabilities this way
