Amazing Delivery Service and Dispo!

I've always had a great experience with TCH in-store. I love that they let you show around with a basket to check out and select between products. They just launched their new delivery service and it does not disappoint! Prompt service and friendly staff!

Products were gas! The girl on the phone was so helpful. I've gone thru the same people for 4 years and couldn't reach them for the past week (?) So I called this location and Cake House was amazing. They were so patient with me and helpful as a FTP. 10/10 would recommend 👌

Worst dispensary in Vista GO ELSEWHERE

I went in for a special they posted and they wouldn’t honor the deal when clearly they made the mistake of posting the flyer. Their customer service was terrible I normally don’t leave negative reviews but this experience was bad enough to lose my business I’ll never go to a cake shop again. Especially considering I don’t even like going to this dispo I only came for the deal they were offering and they wouldn’t honor it I left with a different promo than the one posted meanwhile the budtender was trying to make us feel dumb if you see Raul you should have a talk with him about customer service.

I'm never one to write reviews but I am so heated and disappointed in this shop. For over a month now I've been trying to contact my phone email Weedmaps feedback dispatch etc . With no help. Was promised by delivery driver to be contacted by the shop when he gets back. Nothing. Ever. First order was wrong. Never received good bag when cashier told me for next time it will be in the notes and will receive. So I placed a second order about a week later. Never got it and the order was wrong. AGAIN . At this point I blame the company for hiring such unprofessional staff. I was literally laughed at by the last female on the phone and she gave me a number to call that didn't exist. So upset because before all this. This was my favorite shop. I got so excited to see one of my favorite influencers and rappers coming to the festival tomorrow although I don't even trust buying a ticket through this company because I don't know if it would be legit. Since I've received not a single contact attempt or even an apology? I hope some one reads this and will reconsider. Have a great day .
