I placed an order with them for delivery at around 12:30pm. After waiting 2.5 hours, they called me at around 3:00pm to tell me they don’t start deliveries until 4:00pm. Should have called me right after I placed my order to tell me that. Then they told me I had to place a separate order directly on their website, and after that to expect my delivery to arrive at around 5:00 or 5:30pm. At this point I just went somewhere else because I’m not going to give my business to a company that has no respect for my time. Wasted most of my afternoon waiting for a delivery that wasn’t going to happen

Hi, we've made some awesome changes since last year such as hiring more delivery drivers as we grow the business. Deliveries now start at 2pm and customers can place delivery orders up until 10pm to receive it on the same day. We also strive to deliver within the hour now so definitely hope to see you again soon. Take care!
