Despite personal challenges, including being wrongfully detained under New York's stop-and-frisk policies in the early 2000s, Ty remained steadfast in advocating for justice. He worked with organizations like CAMBA, participated in city council meetings, and championed cannabis legalization in New York. Kim Green

Growing up in Bedford-Stuyvesant (Bed-Stuy), Kim discovered her passion for helping others at an early age. By 13, she was volunteering at food banks and organizing grants for community programs.
