Always semi-excited to try out new delivery spots with reasonable minimums and I wasn't disappointed with this one. Raw Gardens carts were lower than most local spots and the flower was decent. I even received a tracking link to see where my driver was in real-time and he was here within 20 minutes. Save yourself the $5 and order directly from their website.

Not worth the wait

They took 4 hours to deliver didn’t give an eta I had to to call 3 hours later to see if they were still coming. Also they didn’t give me a correct amount on what I had to pay and I didn’t get the product I wanted and had to pick from what the driver had on him

Horrible customer service

This was my first time ordering and definitely my last time ordering from them. After placing an order for delivery I got a call saying "Im sorry but the driver does not have any of the items you requested" I get it, that sometimes does happen. So I compromised and reordered the entire order based off what she said was available. Before I got off the phone I made sure everything I reordered was available and correct. After being on hold for 20 mins, she confirmed the driver had everything. When the delivery arrived the driver tells me the order was missing things. I then got a call telling me again that my order was incomplete and asked if I would like to switch, I explained my frustration and she started to get snappy and rude, like this was all my fault... lost for words, I canceled my order and apologized to the driver for the horrible customer service people I talked to on phone.
