didn't have what i ordered so they replaced it for top shelf at the same price and weight for the inconvenience (14g for $50)

They didn’t tell me until they arrived they didn’t have what I ordered. It took about 1.5 hours for them to arrive from when the order was placed. A phone call would’ve been nice so I could’ve cancelled and ordered from somewhere else or went to a store front to get what I wanted.
