Great service, upsetting product
The overall service was great punctual timing friendly service. Only concern was the quality of the product. The Tropicana that I ordered you can tell had been through the CRC process. Could taste it in the product couldn’t taste The Tropicana terpene profile anymore.

Decided to try a new dispensary and picked Becky's Buds. Did not realize they are open in other locations. Am happy they came here. They have great prices and I bought during the happy hour which made the prices even better. I also appreciated not getting a bunch of out of stock messages. Very satisfied with the quality of their products. Great delivery person too. Very polite. I'll be back for sure.

received wrong order
I ordered just about over a hr before they closed . I received the wrong order. the driver was not present at all. I called the next morning and the phone was pick up by a very present man. I explained to him what had happened he apologized and fixed my order right away and made it worth the wait. he was here with in 45 min . and was very nice when he got here. people make mistakes but great customer service will fix it with a great attitude and that's exactly what they did. so I would say that Becky's is a delivery dispensary to use .. Thanks for fixing my order with great customer service.

They have some the best cartridges except they show on their page a product that after 10 punches get free and what I wanted wasn't available so I took the other one it was supposed to be pure clear n it's darker than usual get an I confronted driver n the guy who answered n messaged back and he said he had no time to deal with me.. a loyal paying customer who have gotten them more customers I'm very upset and Becky if it's ur business I'd advise u to get ahold of me if u want me tell u what went on and that obv product shown isnt correct or your driver swapped it out for so.ething else cause he did seem like a young early 20s that had a guilty look when I asked check my bag verify I give money and why the cart was so dark.
