Sleeping at last!

I've always suffered from pretty severe insomnia, and often feel exhausted and depleted all day. Menopause made this even worse - ugh. So I've tried a wide variety of things to help me sleep. Melatonin made me sick. Many CBD, CBG, and CBN products worked only sometimes. I recently bought a tin of these, and wow! Game-changer. Usually I take 1/2 gummy and that's enough. If I want extra deep sleep I take a whole one. No more lying awake for hours at a time hoping to catch enough sleep to function the next day! They're delicious, too. This is my new favorite and I'm here to buy more.

The only way to describe how this felt is cold, clinical, and sterile. The ratio of THC to CBD to CBN did not feel very balanced and synergistic. I could distinctly feel the THC, CBD, and CBN working but not in harmony. I’ve realized that a 1:1 ratio of THC to CBD tends to make me feel wired. While the CBN relaxed my body, the CBD kept my mind too alert to fall asleep. At first, the high felt clean and mildly relaxing, but soon my thoughts began to race, and sleep became impossible. My body was heavy and sedated, yet my mind was wide awake. I was stuck in bed, physically exhausted but mentally restless. The combination of ingredients just didn’t work well together for me. the comedown was anxiety-inducing. Not very euphoria or relaxing. I prefer the Camino “midnight blueberry” gummie for sleep. This formula is not my cup of tea. Overall, not an experience I’d want to repeat.
