I placed an order for several bottles of 25mg THC Glitter Bomb tablets, advertised as 40-count bottles totaling 1000mg each. Upon delivery, the driver processed my payment before presenting the product. After payment was completed, I was given small packs containing two tablets each — clearly not the 1000mg bottles that were advertised and ordered. When I immediately disputed the discrepancy, the driver insisted the substituted items were correct. They were not. The manager on duty was responsible for this transaction and its resolution. At any time, the manager could have remedied the situation by honoring even two bottles at the advertised (albeit incorrect) price and addressing any pricing issue directly with the manufacturer thereafter. That opportunity was not taken. Mistakes occur in every business. The distinction lies in whether a company accepts responsibility and corrects them. Those that do are the ones that remain in business.

I placed my orders at 8:30am I called twice to make sure they had what I ordered they answered and hung up I got a call at 10:40 stating they didn’t have anything I ordered after I was told they were on the way I had to wait another hour Andrew the driver arrived at 11:42 charging me $9 more dollars then I was told prior to him arriving
