I have been charged for orders I did not receive yet paid for twice . They don’t care! It’s all about taking your money. Delivery 2-3 hr wait and if you get really bad product YOU ARE SOL !! They blame the customer over and over. Ordering is horrible with customer service and products to match!! If you want a bad mood? Call them misery gauranteed!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

This has been by far the worst and most frustrating experience I've ever had ordering weed, which should say all you need to hear: Do NOT ORDER FROM HERE! The people at AFFX messed up continuously and dragged an issue with placing an order for FOUR DAYS! They had me jump through hoops trying to fix the issue myself, and in the end, the fault was not on my end, and they did nothing to correct or resolve the issue. The last person I spoke with didn't even seem interested in looking into the issue for a second to help, and was very rude on the phone. To put someone through that and then lack followthrough or even empathy for causing frustration and wasting FOUR DAYS of my time is too much. Don't order from here. They don't care about you and are not worth your business.
