These are great! I've had a few brands, not claiming to be an expert but daaammmmnnnnnn! Took 1 gummie before I started dinner thinking they'd be a while to kick in. Like the bag says FAST ACTING! these are amazing. I dont find a difference between these and non nano. they both take 45 minutes to an hour to start for me but they keep climbing for a couple hours at least. if I can stay awake they will last 6 to 8 hours.
