I waited more than an hour , got the wrong order and was expected not to open it when I assumed it was my order I got a phone call telling me an hour later it was the wrong order !! So rude as well I’m so sorry I assumed an order with my card number was mine . Also no text updates or anything I will never be ordering from weed trash again when northern helm is right by my house . Also will be mentioning this to the rest of my friends . Honestly it’s pathetic it’s like they are the ones coming in stoned , like get your act together or you will be losing more customers. I have severe anxiety and being talked to like that over the phone was really upsetting and really sets the tone of the employees, y’all are lazy and rude and incredibly disorganized

Their information states delivery will be completed within 30-60 mins. After waiting for over an hour I called to see what was going on and they stated their only driver was over 50 km away and would still need to come back to the store for pickup. Waste of time.
