Born in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in Boulder, CO, Sunshine has quickly become a common name in retailers across the state, known for producing flavorful and effective flower and rosin products at an affordable price. Since 2020, we have taken a small-batch approach to cultivate, wash and press everything in-house. Dedicated to producing the highest quality flower and solventless products to add to our constantly evolving genetic library, we oversee every step of the process through our integrated cultivation and extraction facility.
Coming out of LA, this strain's candy-like smelling sweetness and colorful nugs lead to its naming. A mix of Zkittlez and Gelato #33, this strain has a smooth flavor that mostly matches the smell, with additional tropical and earthy hints. Runtz is similar to Shark Cake (aka Sharklato), a phenotype of Zkittlez and Gelato that is so popular that it has its own name.
With a few different phenotypes, this hybrid strain can lean to either a more dominant sativa or indica. These nugs produce thick resin layers, making it extremely potent in any form. Perhaps that is why this strain is so elusive.
