Origin 1: Strawberry Biscotti by Happy Day Farms
The award-winning version of Strawberry Biscotti from Happy Day Farms is a high-THCa hybrid created by crossing Sour Strawberry with Biscotti. According to Casey O'Neill of Happy Day Farms, this strain was developed when they couldn't source their beloved Sour Strawberry (bred by Twenty20 Mendocino) and instead received this cross from Humboldt Sacred Roots nursery. This strain won a Gold Medal at the California State Fair for highest testing THCa in 2023. It features a powerful, gassy aroma with an underlying sweetness. The effects are reportedly potent, with O'Neill describing it as super high testing and super gassy with an underlying sweetness. According to O'Neill, the high is powerful and often too strong for more than a couple of hits if there's work to be done, yet it creates a comfortable, reflective state that helps users look outside the box and consider new perspectives.
Origin 2: Strawberry Biscotti by Twenty 20 Genetics
This version of Strawberry Biscotti is made by Twenty 20 Genetics through a three-way cross: Strawberry Biscotti (Photo) x Tier-1 Chic-Lit Auto. This Strawberry Biscotti smells like overripe berries with strong notes of musk, skunk, and gas. The nugs are striking, with dark blue undertones, soft blue and green buds, and pops of orange hairs. It's very similar to the Happy Day Farms version but with the addition of Tier-1 Chic-lit, an autoflowering strain bred from various strains of Girl Crush.
Origin 3: Strawberry Biscotti by Cannarado Genetics
Cannarado Genetics used a different lineage to create another hybrid of Strawberry Biscotti, crossing Strawberry Kush with Biscotti Sundae. These buds are chunky, bright green, with soft purple undertones and a thick layer of resin. Strawberry Biscotti has a distinct aroma of ripe strawberries with distinct notes of sweet candy, gas, and earth. The fruity sweetness and gas come through in the flavor, delivering a long-lasting, mentally uplifting experience.
