I finally got some restorative sleep. I did not wake up all night! I suffer from several medical issues that cause severe pain, I have prescription sleeping pills but I still wake up. These Papa&Barkley gummies did the trick and I am very grateful.

I have severe chronic insomnia. I decided to try these sleep gummies for the first time because they were on sale. I followed the manufacturers instructions about dosage guidelines. After eating 2 gummies and waiting 2 hours, I was completely certain I felt no effect. I decided to finish the entire package, a total of 10 gummies. After waiting 2 hours, I knew for sure these gummies had no medicine that could help me with my insomnia. I have tried many other gummy products to help me sleep, and this Papa and Barkley product is the worst of them all. I do not recommend this product for people that need help falling asleep.
