Nightshade Farm is a 41 acre farm located in Albany County, New York. Phil and Kris purchased the farm in 2007 and Nightshade Farm came to fruition in 2015 as a Certified Organic Vegetable Farm. In 2019 Nightshade Farm pivoted solely to hemp and CBD production. In April 2022 Nightshade Farm was awarded its Adult-Use Conditional Cultivation License and in August 2022 was awarded its Adult-Use Conditional Processing License.

Phil Spinelli (Co-Founder & CEO) and Kris Walsh (Co-Founder)are the owners and operators of Nightshade Farm. As both life and business partners, they have built a sustainable farm in Medusa, New York over the past 16 years. Originally from Woodstock, New York, Phil and Kris are passionate about the enjoyment and wellness benefits that cannabis beholds. Together they are bringing to fruition a shared dream to create ultra pure THC products that resonate with cannabis connoisseurs. Kris and Phil are also the proud parents of four beautiful children all of whom were born on the farm.

Wedding Cake took home 1st prize for Best Hybrid Flower at the 2018 SoCal High Times Medical Cannabis Cup, among its many awards since origination.
