The total package contains 100mg THC / 200mg CBN / 4,000mg Valerian TOTAL. There are 20 tablets that contain 5mg THC, 10mg CBN, 200mg Valerian EACH. Net WT. .35 oz (10g).
Directions: Swallow tablet(s) with a glass of water at bedtime. Allow 20-30 minutes for onset. If desired effects are not felt after 30 minutes take an additional single tablet.
