Face Off OG is a phenotype of OG Kush that was selected after cultivating seeds from a hermaphrodite OG Kush.
The strain originated in Southern California in the late ’90s, according to its Oregon breeder, Archive Seed Bank. After receiving a half-dozen Face Off OG seeds from California, Archive breeders reportedly selected the #4 seed for its distinct flavor and intense head-high. The strain is recommended for its foggy effects and for pain relief.
In addition, Archive used a backcrossed Face Off OG phenotype to breed several hybrids, including Do-Si-Dos and Oregon Lemons. Archive now carries a second backcrossing of Face Off OG in regular, non-feminized seed form.
